Job Description
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the face of our hospitality establishment. The role requires handling guest inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS).
- Handle phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Provide guests with information about local attractions and services.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Skill & Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance.
