Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and delegate tasks to warehouse staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and organize storage areas.
  • Supervise the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming goods.
  • Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
  • Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness.
  • Conduct performance reviews and train new team members.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to meet deadlines.

Skill & Experience

  • Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety regulations.
